Recommended Use
Adults can take one to six
capsules per day depending on the stress level
expected or being experienced. Most clinicians
report they recommend taking two or three in the
morning before breakfast and two or three
mid-afternoon, depending on the stress level.
Directions for use:
Take 30
minutes or more before meals.
Adults and
children over 80 lbs. should take one serving (two
capsules) up to three times per day.
Children 40
- 60 lbs. should take one serving (two capsules) one
time per day.
Children 60
- 80 lbs. should take one serving (two capsules) two
times per day.
